Bembridge Dental Practice is closed, as of 28th March 2025. We appreciate the trust our patients have placed in us over the years and want to ensure you have access to your dental records and appropriate support following our closure.

Requesting Your Dental Records

If you require a copy of your dental records, please submit a request via email to:
reception@bembridgedental.co.uk

• Please include your full name, date of birth, and contact details in your request.
• We aim to process record requests within one calendar month in line with UK GDPR regulations.
• Records will be provided in a secure electronic format.

Post-Treatment Concerns

If you experience any issues related to past treatment received at Bembridge Dental Practice, or wish to raise a complaint, please contact us at:

• While we are unable to provide direct clinical care within the practice, we can offer guidance on how to seek further assistance, which may include assistance at Monks Brook Dental in Newport, if your concern is covered by a warranty for treatment.
• For urgent dental care, please contact NHS 111 or your new dental provider.
